We deep freeze our freshly pressed organic flax oil prior to shipping and ship it to you with a cooler pack. We recommend that you place your order in the freezer immediately upon receipt. The transit time will not compromise the oil's quality or flavor. Our virgin cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil has a shelf life of 4 months in the refrigerator and up to one year in the freezer. Taken one tablespoon per day, one 16 oz bottle will last about a month. Usage: Take advantage of its anti-inflammatory properties!
